Residentail Projects in Noida Extension Will Get A Boom, NH-24 Getting 14Lane Connectivity Via Delhi-merut Expressway

Recently, Uttar Pradesh government and Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) announced new development plans and proposals for infrastructure growth around National Highway-24 (NH-24), which has put the real estate industry on a fast track. Hence, in the coming days, the most congested highway of NCR will be known as a world class highway and expressway that will offer quick drive till Dasna and Meerut. Apart from this, the proposed underpasses from Ghaziabad at National Highway and a link road between Greater Noida and Ghaziabad will solve the daily traffic snarls at NH-24.
In addition to the improved connectivity, this will also significantly impact the real estate market of the area. It has given wings to realty projects at NH-24. The area, in future, is expected to become the realty hot spot for developers and investors alike. It has already grabbed the attention of realty giants and is now on the cards of various developers.
The improved connectivity has also led to a spate of launches. Many developers have launched residential projects offering group housing, multi-storey apartments, townships, residential plots and villas.
Measuring the potential of the area, even the commercial segment is evolving at a fast pace. Developers are focusing on office space, retail space, high street market, corporate suites and hotels in and around NH-24. If the government works towards developing social infrastructure, the real estate market of the area will definitely get a face lift.
As Delhi has become unaffordable for many, property seekers and investors are moving towards Ghaziabad for better deals.
